The staff is friendly, I felt like I was already home the day I toured my new apartment. I love it here and this is why. Affordable units, fountains and spacious pool and other sports courts but mostly I found my neighbors to be kind and friendly, just like Waterstone staff. I plan to stay here until I reach my property purchase goal. One of my neighbors just moved to his own property and he was a Waterstone resident for 4 years. Here is where you can live comfortably until youâre a home owner. Maintenance gets the job done right and quick. Feeling at home is a great accomplishment I feel right at home.
