Living area wasn't swept but not a big deal, I had to preclean everything since I have OCD, the manager guy was a bit rude upon applying at the front office. My parking space is far away from my apartment so moving my belongings was a little challenging but successful. Other than that, this complex is convenient and within walking distance to the hospital and a few nearby franchises

We’re are super thankful for Emily and he willingness to go way out of her way for us. I’m expecting a child and originally given a 3rd floor apartment. She went above and beyond got us on the first floor and got us in way early to help with the move. I have rented at many places and never had anyone do that. The staff is friendly, I felt like I was already home the day I toured my new apartment. I love it here and this is why. Affordable units, fountains and spacious pool and other sports courts but mostly I found my neighbors to be kind and friendly, just like Waterstone staff. I plan to stay here until I reach my property purchase goal. One of my neighbors just moved to his own property and he was a Waterstone resident for 4 years. Here is where you can live comfortably until you’re a home owner. Maintenance gets the job done right and quick. Feeling at home is a great accomplishment I feel right at home. I plan to stay here until I reach my home purchasing stage. Maintenance gets the job done right and quick. I told the office my overhead light in the kitchen was flickering and I got a brand new light fixture the very same day. When I told the office my dishwasher was leaving residues, I got a new dishwasher the next day. Feeling at home is a great accomplishment I feel right at home. Thank you Waterstone apartments.

I love it here and Ive been here 2 years. I think in 2 years I have seen maybe 3 roaches. My problem here is the office people. They dont do what they're is asked to do. I've been to the office 3 times and my problem isn't solved. The ofc manager said he would have one of the girls call me when they come back from lunch. That was a week ago and still no call and you can't reach them by calling the office. I don't know what 2 girls are suppose to be working, in the office cause the 3 times I've been to the office there has not be any girls working.

I came into waterstone on a weekend and met Stacy and Emily. They were so friendly and knowledgable about the location (I’m moving from Virginia) and even pointed out some nice outdoor areas nearby that would be a great spot for hiking. Although they didn’t have the studio I was interested in, Stacy showed me the 1x1 model and it was a good amount of space for me and my pet. She did let me know there would be a few differences in the model from the one she quoted me. She offered me a drink and I helped myself to some snacks set in the model (Nutella is my fave!) My move in date is a little far out but when the time comes, I will for sure be applying. Thank you Stacy and Emily, you guys really made my day!

I want to make it very clear. Only reason I'm giving a good review is because of the Maintenance Lady Michelle. She's been awesome. Always fixes issues with my apartment in a timely manner. Everything else about this complex is terrible. Overpriced rent, Water shuts off for the complex once a month (not kidding) , roach infestation, Office charges you extra fees without an explanation. I can go on and on. I'm definitely not renewing this lease. Michelle is the only good thing this complex has going. Stay far away from this place.

We have had several issues come into play when moving in and even after, however everyone has been extremely helpful and kind. Maria and Stacey are very knowledgeable and understanding to make sure you leave the office informed and feeling comfortable. Stacey even helped bring my dog home when she got out of the apartment! To say the staff is caring would be an understatement. The main maintenance woman, Michelle, is astonishing. She has been so kind and timely with getting things fixed, making sure the job gets done right and paving way as a woman in a male industry. No place is perfect, and we have had our fair share of bumps in the road but at least their is quality people here everyday, looking out for my family and I. Thank you Waterstone team for all you do!

I have not lived here yet, but loved how I was treated when arriving to view the apartments! Maria is wildly amazing and I had not felt that comfortable with any other apartment office yet. Love it here! Maria always greets me with a huge smile. Very pleasant. Love that they are renovating, it definitely needed a face lift! Love the location. It is super convenient as it is close to the 60. Pricing is definitely reasonable.

I’ve been living here for about 8 months and I really don’t get all the bad reviews about this place. It’s quiet, the people here are super friendly. It’s beautiful! And I’ve never had any issues with management or anything breaking in my apartment. Rent is a little high but other than that no complaints. The complex is really good about up keep of the grounds and pool. I’ve never really seen any cops here either. I really enjoy my neighbors and just the community over all! They also went above and beyond to help us move in the same day we looked at the apartment because we needed a place that day. We will probably be renewing our lease when it is up (:

I have lived here since January 21st of last year. I love this place, great great neighborhood, close to everything. The apartments are huge, I moved into on of the newly renovated one bedrooms, it's very well done. I have a new A/C which is awesome and keeps the apartment really cool. Maintenance here is awesome, they are right on top of anything I need fixed.

My boyfriend and I lived at Waterstone for a little over 2 years and from the beginning to our move out this past May, our experience has been more than great. We moved from Chicago to Az and the staff was very helpful and made the move in process super easy. Any issues we had which were very few, maintenece was there right away and fixed the issues quickly and professionally. The amenties were great and the grounds were always kept up, you can see how hard the maintenece team works as you see them out every day making sure the property stays clean and inviting. I highly reccomend this community if you are moving in the area, It is very close to 60 and the 101 which makes traveling to Phoenix or Scottsdale very easy. My boyfriend and I decided to move back to Chicago for family reasons, but if we're ever back in the area we will definitely rent again, thank you so much to your team for such a great experience.

I moved to AZ from PA shortly after my time in the Army. No other apartment was willing to work with my uncommon situation. The management was phenomenal, and the staff is a direct reflection of that. Office personnel were courteous, polite, and eager to help. Maintenance staff were punctual, proficient, and efficient when the need(s) arose. As a student, the location for me is excellent. MCC is a few minute walk from home, and if i want to go anywhere else, the 60 is even closer. The management and staff are not very difficult to talk to, and have always made me feel at home. The tenant-landlord relationship was healthy and I couldn't ask for a better place to live during my time as a transitioning service member. My experience with Waterstone Apartments will serve as a reference to what a leasing staff should be.

i needed a place to live and for weeks i have been looking, i put my application into several places, then I ran across this apartment and put my application in and got approved in two days, i had to wait until they got my apartment ready and on the 9th i moved in, it had been totally remodeled, office staff was wonderful and the maintenance crew is right on time when you need something done, the grounds are always clean and this place is wonderful. thank you waterstone apt. for making my move in ez.
